Simturion enables our customers to send cryptocurrency transactions over SMS via any cellular phone using the Simturion SIM card.
This user agreement is a contract between you and Simturion Technologies, Inc. governing your use of the Simturion SIM card and the Simturion services.
We may revise this user agreement and any of the policies listed above from time to time. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. By continuing to use our services after any changes to this user agreement become effective, you agree to abide and be bound by those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to this user agreement, you may close your account.

All Content and intellectual property rights therein are the property of Simturion or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner and is protected pursuant to applicable copyright and trademark laws. Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (for example, those governing financial services, consumer protections, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
Infringe our or any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our websites, software, hardware, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the Simturion services) operated by us or on our behalf or the Simturion services;
Facilitate any viruses, trojan horses, malware, worms or other computer programming routines that attempts to or may damage, disrupt, corrupt, misuse, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, information or Simturion services;
Interfere or disrupt or attempt to interfere with or disrupt our websites, software, hardware, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the Simturion services) operated by us or on our behalf, any of the Simturion services or other users’ use of any of the Simturion services;
If we are notified of a court order or other legal process (including garnishment or any equivalent process) affecting you, or if we otherwise believe we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, we may be required to take certain actions, including terminating service to your SIM. We will decide, in our sole discretion, which action is required of us.
We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to suspend or terminate this user agreement, access to or use of our websites, software, hardware, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the Simturion services) operated by us or on our behalf or some or all of the Simturion services for any reason and at any time upon notice to you and, upon termination of this user agreement, the payment to you of any unrestricted money being held for you.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify our fee-for-service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Simturion, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless against any claim, liability, cost, damage, deficiency, loss, expense or obligation of any kind or nature (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses of litigation) incurred by or imposed upon you for any reason whatsoever, which shall include, but not be limited to: hacking, computer viruses, software bugs, theft, failed transactions over any cryptocurrency networks, internet networks or cellular networks, negligence, claims, suits, actions, demands or judgments arising out of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, actions in the form of tort, warranty, or strict liability). We reserve the right to defend any such claim, and you agree to provide us with such reasonable cooperation and information as we may request.
Simturion does not knowingly violate or permit others to violate the copyrights of others. We will promptly remove or disable access to material that we know is infringing or if we become aware of circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent.
In consideration of your use of this Site, you agree that to the extent you provide personal information to Simturion it will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update all personal information as necessary. You also agree that you will use an image of yourself that you are authorized to use for your profile picture. The use of company logos, advertisements, web addresses, contact information, pictures of celebrities or the unauthorized use of images owned by others is prohibited.
